WBPSC Miscellaneous Exam Selection Process

As told earlier, West Bengal Public Service Commission will conducted the following exams to select candidates through competitive examination 

1. Preliminary Exam – (200 Marks)
2. Mains Exam – (450 Marks)
3. Personality Test – (100 Marks)

Prelims Test will be qualifying in nature for appearing in the mains exam. Marks of preliminary exam will not be counted for final merit list preparation.

Candidates qualified in the mains exam will be called or Interview / personality test.

Final Merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in Mains Exam & Interview.

Preliminary Exam Pattern

• Number of questions – 100
• Total Marks – 200 (each question will carry 2 marks)
• Question Type – MCQ (objective type)
• Duration – 1 hour 30 Minutes.
• Negative marking – not confirmed yet.

Mains Exam Pattern
