The Tamil Nadu PSC Group 2 Exam consists of the following features:

  • The Exam is of Objective type, i.e. it consists of Multiple Choice Questions.
  • The duration of the exam is 3 Hours.
  • The TNPSC Tamil Group 2a exam consists of 200 questions from various subjects.
  • The exam will be conducted for a total of 300 Marks.
  • Various subjects include General Studies, Aptitude & Mental Ability Test, and General Tamil /General English.

For Interview Posts: 

(Group 2)  Main Written Examination: 300 Marks Oral Test: 40 Marks Total Marks: 300+40 = 340 Marks Minimum Qualifying Marks for all Communities: 102 out of 340.

For Non-Interview Posts: 

(Group 2A)  Main Written Examination: 300 Marks Total Marks: 300 Minimum Qualifying Marks for all Communities: 90

The TNPSC Group 2 Notification 2023 was released by Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission in the month of October. Many candidates will be waiting for this examination that will be conducted every year. Applicants who have completed a Degree from a recognized university are eligible for these posts. There are various vacancies to be filled according to the advertisement given. Candidates will be selected based on the Written Test. There will be no Interview held. Eligible candidates can apply to these posts online mode before the last date. The Tamil Nadu PSC Group 2 Non-Interview vacancies and Group 2 exam dates have been given below. The Tamilnadu TNPSC Group 2 Exam will be conducted in May or June 2023.
