BPSC Assistant Prosecution Officer Exam Pattern 2025
The BPSC Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) exam features a comprehensive structure designed to assess candidates’ legal knowledge and analytical abilities across three stages: Preliminary Examination, Mains Examination, and Interview. The Preliminary exam is an objective-type test comprising two papers—General Studies and Law—with 100 questions each, a total of 200 marks, and a duration of 2 hours per paper. The Mains is a descriptive written examination with seven papers, including General Studies, Hindi, English, Indian Penal Code, Indian Evidence Act, Code of Criminal Procedure, and other relevant laws, collectively amounting to 900 marks.
